Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics faculty member for our JEE (Advanced) division. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the JEE (Advanced) syllabus, a proven track record of producing top-ranking students, and the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts with clarity and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Teach Mathematics to students preparing for JEE (Advanced) Design and deliver high-quality lesson plans, assignments, and assessments Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions and one-on-one mentorship Prepare and curate advanced-level questions, test papers, and study material Analyze students' performance and provide detailed feedback Stay updated with the latest JEE trends, syllabus changes, and paper patterns Collaborate with the academic team to improve overall course delivery and results Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics or Engineering from a reputed institution (IIT/NIT preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience teaching JEE (Advanced) aspirants Strong conceptual clarity in topics such as Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, and Vectors Excellent communication and presentation skills Familiarity with digital tools, online teaching platforms, and smart board usage is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: JEE MATHS: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
