As a Fashion Design Faculty member based in Kochi, you will be entrusted with a full-time, on-site position. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around educating and guiding students in various facets of fashion design, creating and enhancing curriculum and lesson plans, providing constructive feedback on student projects, and keeping abreast of the latest trends in the industry. Additionally, you will actively engage in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the fashion design program. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Fashion Design, Pattern Making & Garment Construction, Textile Design, Fashion Styling, or Fashion Communication. You must demonstrate the ability to craft and deliver captivating curriculum and lesson plans, exhibit strong mentoring and student development capabilities, stay informed about current fashion trends and industry standards, and exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Collaboration with colleagues and students is essential, and a Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in teaching would be advantageous in this role.,
