Hughes Systique is looking for Java Technical Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support Set clear goals and expectations, monitor progress, and ensure the team's productivity and efficiency Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Java and related technologies Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Apply your expertise to guide the team in designing, coding, and implementing high-quality Java applications Software Development: Take an active role in the development process by participating in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting complex technical issues Ensure adherence to coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance processes Architecture and Design: Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design scalable and robust software solutions Evaluate technical feasibility, make recommendations, and provide input on system design, integration, and implementation Project Management: Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements, scope, and timelines Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and task prioritization Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting knowledge sharing, communication, and teamwork Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and alignment of technical efforts Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, system architecture diagrams, and development guidelines Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible to the team Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and optimization Propose and implement strategies to enhance development methodologies, tools, and practices Should have knowledge of below key points and Experience from 6 to 10 years. a. Technologies: Java 11+, Spring, Spring boot ,JSP, MySql server , Microservices, Docker, Kafka , Data Structure b. Libraries / Frameworks: Hibernates, JPA, Postgres, c. Tools: Visual Basic Code, IntelliJ, Eclipse, NetBeans, Maven, Tomcat Server d. Version Control: Git.
