equired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation using Java and Selenium. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts. Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver and developing robust automation frameworks. Proficiency with TestNG or JUnit for test management and execution. Practical experience with BDD frameworks, specifically Cucumber (Gherkin) . Hands-on experience with API automation testing using RestAssured or similar Java-based tools. Solid experience in database testing and SQL queries for backend validation. Proficient in using Git for version control. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) for integrating automated tests. Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar . Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and various testing methodologies (Agile Scrum). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
