Job Description

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs, as well as a solid understanding of service integration. This role demands not only strong development capabilities but also proven team leadership and mentoring experience.

The candidate will:

Lead and guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality code and meeting project deadlines.
Be responsible for integration build activities, developing secure and robust APIs, and ensuring seamless service communication across systems.
Review and manage offshore deliverables to align with client expectations and best practices.
Participate in daily Scrum meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and design.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand technical requirements, and deliver innovative solutions.
Ensure adherence to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.
Handle performance tuning and debugging for complex applications.
Maintain and enforce coding standards and design principles.

Must Have Skills:

Java
Spring Boot
REST API Development
