Java Developer

In these roles you will be responsible for:
Responsible for development, testing, and maintenance of software applications and systemsLead the planning and design of product and technical initiatives and mentor Developers/ team membersDrive improvements in engineering techniques, standards, practices, and processes across the entire department, always encouraging a culture of knowledge sharing and collaborationCollaborate with the team members to ensure that the deliverables are of high Quality, optimized and adhere to performance standardsEngage with key internal stakeholders, to understand user requirements, prepare low lever design documents to be shared with the development teamCollaborate with QA and development team determine systems planning, scheduling and committed timeline are adhered to ensure the project is completed in scheduled timeParticipate in Agile planning and estimation activities to break down large tasks into smaller tasksResolve Team's Query and escalate it to team lead if any clarification is required from the customerProvide technical guidance to team and lead/ Resolve issuesimplement reusable frameworks - Environment management and layout designMentor Jr/ team members and supporting the interviews/ evaluation.
