Job summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Technical consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java 11 Java 8 Spring Boot Spring Cloud AWS and Microservices. Experience in the Commercial Lending domain is a plus. This role involves leading technical projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Required Skills : Technical Skills : Microservices Spring Cloud Java 8 Spring Boot AWS Java 11 Shift : Day Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead the design development and implementation of complex software solutions using Java 11 Java 8 Spring Boot and Spring Cloud Oversee the integration of AWS services to enhance application performance and scalability Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices in software development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain code quality Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and ensure adherence to best practices Develop and maintain microservices architecture to support business requirements Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and specifications Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of software solutions Provide regular updates to management on project status risks and issues Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and methodologies Qualifications: Possess strong experience in Java 11 and Java 8 development Demonstrate expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks Have hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud computing Show proficiency in developing and maintaining microservices architecture Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues Have excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in the Commercial Lending domain is a plus Display a strong understanding of software development best practices Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions Show ability to lead and mentor a team of developers Demonstrate strong organizational and project management.
