Location: Pune (Onsite/Hybrid as applicable) Experience: 13+ Years Team Size Managed: 7+ Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Java Architect / Solution Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will have 13+ years of strong Java experience , proven expertise in enterprise architecture , and the ability to lead and mentor a team of 7+ engineers . This is a hands-on technical leadership role , ideal for architects who enjoy coding, design, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable and maintainable architecture using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices . Lead end-to-end solutioning including architecture, design, development, and deployment. Provide technical leadership to a development team of 7+ engineers. Translate business requirements into high-level technical solutions. Conduct code reviews , define best practices, and enforce development standards. Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure quality software development. Ensure the application performance, uptime, and scalability. Required Skills & Experience: 13+ years of overall experience with strong Java / J2EE background. Deep expertise in Spring Boot , RESTful APIs , and Microservices Architecture . Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficient with CI/CD pipelines , Docker , Kubernetes , Git , and build tools like Maven or Gradle. Strong database skills – both RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage development teams. Excellent problem-solving, architectural, and analytical skills. Good to Have: Exposure to front-end technologies (React, Angular). DevOps experience or familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools. Java or Cloud certifications.
