Java Architect

As a Java Architect at our Coimbatore onsite location, with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable enterprise Java applications and microservices. Your role will involve defining architecture standards, best practices, and technical governance while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will lead architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning exercises, as well as define and maintain architectural artifacts such as system diagrams and data flow diagrams. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding teams on Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies, and implementing API gateways, service orchestration, and secure communication between distributed services. You will leverage DevOps practices for CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) to ensure compliance with security, scalability, and maintainability standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring junior developers and fostering a strong technical culture within the team. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 10+ years of professional experience in Java development. Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture is essential, as well as proficiency in ReactJS for frontend development. You should have a solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database management, along with knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and the HTTP protocol. Familiarity with version control tools like Git and Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban will be beneficial.
