Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives for medical devices. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets, including identifying key accounts and decision-makers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and market penetration. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the medical device market. Work closely with product development and R&D teams to provide feedback and insights from the field to support product innovation and improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus. Proven experience (2+ years) in medical device sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Previous experience in a sales management role, including team leadership and development. Strong understanding of medical device regulations, industry trends, and healthcare systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data, identifies trends, and makes data-driven decisions.
