Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Female) to drive online B2B sales through IndiaMART. The ideal candidate will have experience in product listing, sales, and buyer follow-up on IndiaMART. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent cold calling skills and knowledge of knitted fabrics for t-shirts, trousers, and trackpants will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize product listings on IndiaMART to increase visibility and sales - Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers to close deals - Make cold calls to potential customers to promote products and build relationships - Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: - Experience in B2B sales, preferably on IndiaMART - Knowledge of product listing, sales, and buyer follow-up on IndiaMART - Excellent cold calling skills and ability to build relationships with customers - Knowledge of knitted fabrics for t-shirts, trousers, and trackpants (desirable) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Two-wheeler driving skills and ownership of a two-wheeler - Willingness to work at Saroli office for the first 6 months and then relocate to Palsana factory What We Offer: - Competitive salary and incentives - Opportunity to work with a growing business - Training and support to help you succeed in your role
