Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing potential franchise partners and strategic locations to drive retail expansion through FOCO (Franchise-Owned Company-Operated) and other retail models. The role involves market research, franchise onboarding, partner relationship management, and end-to-end project coordination until store launch. Key Responsibilities: Franchise & Retail Expansion: Identify high-potential cities/locations for FOCO model stores. Source and evaluate qualified franchise partners. Present the business proposal and explain investment, ROI, and operational responsibilities. Partner Onboarding: Conduct due diligence on potential partners (financials, reputation, location viability). Negotiate terms and finalize franchise agreements with legal and finance teams. Ensure franchisee alignment with brand values, operations, and customer service standards. Store Setup Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (projects and operations) to ensure timely store launch. Assist in site finalization, interior setup, and pre-launch activities. Business Planning: Prepare and track business plans for new stores (investment vs revenue, breakeven, etc.). Analyze performance data post-launch and provide feedback for improvements. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relations with franchise partners. Act as the bridge between franchisee and brand for operational support.
