IT Techno/Functional Interface and Integration Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Techno/Functional Interface and Integration Specialist with expertise in Oracle EBS, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), EtQ, APIs, MuleSoft, and PL/SQL. This role will focus on both technical development (80%) and functional analysis (20%) to ensure the seamless integration of multiple applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with ERP systems, MES, and Quality Management System (QMS) platforms, as well as a strong background in creating robust integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Development: Design, develop, document, and maintain integrations across Oracle ERP (both cloud and on-premise), MES, EtQ, and external systems using PL/SQL, REST APIs, and MuleSoft.
• ETL Process Development: Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data migration and synchronization between systems.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth data flow and business continuity across systems.
• Collaboration: Work with business and IT teams to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support Automation: Assist teams in WMS, MES, and QMS process automation by developing and integrating workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in IT integration with strong expertise in Oracle ERP (EBS/Cloud), MES, EtQ, REST APIs, MuleSoft, and PL/SQL.
• Technical Skills: Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Oracle SOA), PL/SQL development, including stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
• Domain Knowledge: Functional proficiency in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality management systems.
• Cloud Familiarity: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and OCI, as well as data exchange standards like JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and across global locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with overseas teams.
