IT SUPPORT

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, resolve IT issues, and support the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:
• Provide first-level support for software, and network-related issues.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets promptly via phone, email.
• Troubleshooting:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, and connectivity problems.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
• System Maintenance:
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on company hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation.
• User Training:
• Assist users with onboarding and provide training on IT systems and tools.
• Create and update user manuals, guides, and FAQs.
• Asset Management:
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
• Assist in the procurement of new IT equipment and software.
• Security and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in implementing security measures to protect sensitive data.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
