IT Support

Requirements: Any Diploma/B.E/B.Tech/Graduate degree holder with sound knowledge in Hardwares, Networking and other IT systems. A background with IT field work experience is preferred. Must have knowledge about Windows OS, Windows Server, Cloud technologies, Networking and Complex Hardwares like Firewall, Switch, Router, CCTV etc. Ability to research, speak and learn quickly as well as work independently on any kind of technical difficulties. Available for a Full Time job and ability to provide Remote Support as needed. Excellent online research skills and capability to provide the effective reports to external clients. Good spoken and written English communication skills Role & Responsibilities: Need to communicate with global clients and understand their requirements. Handling Projects, Jobs, and Processes related to IT Support services both Internal and External. Team Work. Working with Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, Network Admin, Cloud MSP, Hardware Firewall, VOIP System, MAC OS Ability to resolve on-premise IT issues along with other tasks as per requirement by maintaining the SLA.
