Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment Delivery:

• Source, screen, and assess IT professionals for permanent roles across a variety of IT domains
• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

• Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Provide timely updates, market intelligence, and pipeline reports to delivery leads and clients.

• Revenue Generation & Business Alignment:

• Understand the consulting revenue model and actively contribute to billing targets through successful closures.
• Work closely with delivery heads to forecast hiring plans aligned with client SLAs and revenue goals.

• High-Performance Delivery:

• Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on meeting SLAs and quality metrics.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, process guidelines, and documentation requirements throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Talent Market Intelligence:

• Keep abreast of emerging tech skill trends and competitor hiring activities to strengthen candidate engagement and sourcing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 35 years of core IT recruitment experience from a

  consulting or staffing services company

  .
• Proven success in managing multiple IT roles with tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment revenue model (permanent billing, margins, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools, sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), and Boolean search techniques.
• A technical degree background (B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. Computers or related) is

  preferred

  to align with technical role comprehension.
