Position: IT Recruiter – Freshers (7 Openings) Location: Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Work From Office) Working Days: Monday–Friday (5 days/week) Qualifications: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech Role Overview We’re looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our HR team as IT Recruiters. In this role, you'll assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring entry-level IT talent, while supporting end-to-end recruitment efforts. Responsibilities Sourcing & Job Posting Assist in crafting job descriptions and posting on job portals, social media, and university portals Resume Screening & Initial Interviews Review applications, screen freshers over calls or video, and assess basic technical aptitude and communication skills Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Required Qualifications Database & ATS Management Campus & Event Support Admin & Process Support Communication & Candidate Experience BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or M.Tech graduate.
