IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the hiring requirements from hiring managers and create detailed job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications, and coordinate interviews.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, and provide timely reports to the HR Manager.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Handle salary negotiations and on-boarding formalities.
Stay updated on current industry trends and market demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
Solid understanding of technologies like Angular, Node JS, Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.
Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
