Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, sourcing strategies, and should be capable of working in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding requirements to onboarding candidates. Source potential candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate technical and behavioral fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruitment reports and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field (preferably HR, IT, or related). 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. Solid understanding of IT terminologies, job roles, and technologies. Experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, social media recruiting). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Preferred candidate profile Immediate to 30 days joiners are preferred. Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM tools. Previous experience recruiting for IT services based companies.
