IT & Non IT Recruiter

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter with prior experience in real estate hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, identifying the right talent for various roles, and supporting the organization's growth by building a strong team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing candidates across departments (Sales, CRM, Site, Marketing, Admin, etc.).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks for sourcing quality candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage timely communication with candidates.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience in coordination with HR operations.
• Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reports and analytics.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of various real estate roles and functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and recruitment tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,872.79 - ₹20,000.00 per month
