IT Hardware Sales Executive

As an IT Hardware Sales Executive at Pelican Telecom, you will be responsible for managing and executing sales activities to acquire new customers and drive revenue. You will develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and company sales targets. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be crucial, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. You will oversee and manage Proof of Concept (POC) setups for customers and handle post-sales/service-related issues to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints or issues. Identifying new prospects, converting them into customers, and managing sales and customer relationships across South India will be part of your responsibilities, including traveling as needed. Tracking and managing the sales funnel, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, and achieving and exceeding sales targets are key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in laptop, desktop, IT hardware products, computers, and design sales management, preferably in a regional role. Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel regularly while managing multiple priorities effectively are essential. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail, are also required.
