As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talented professionals for technical positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles and technologies, as well as proven experience in full-cycle recruiting. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process. Facilitate technical assessments and evaluations, as required. Location: Kadubeesanahalli(Bangalore) Work Mode: Work From Office(WFO) Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven IT Software Services Sales Executive with a proven background in email marketing, cold calling, and lead generation . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling software testing, DevOps, AWS cloud services , and other IT solutions to global clients. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads through email campaigns , cold calling , social media outreach , and other digital channels. Experienced into IT services sales such as software testing (manual & automation) , DevOps consulting , AWS cloud solutions , custom software development , etc. Identify client needs and present tailored service offerings to C-level executives, decision-makers, and technical managers. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and actively manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closure. Collaborate with the delivery and technical teams to understand service capabilities and craft customized proposals. Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into long-term clients. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM tools regarding prospect interactions and sales progress.
