The IT Executive will support the hospitals day-to-day IT operations, including systems maintenance, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network management. The role is critical in ensuring uninterrupted functioning of the Hospital Management System (HMS), medical equipment networks, and administrative IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support to hospital staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, biometric systems, scanners, CCTV, and Wi-Fi routers
Support and monitor hospital software like HMS, PACS, RIS, LIS, and ensure user accessibility
Coordinate with software vendors for issue resolution and regular updates
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation (hardware/software/licenses)
Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and IT security measures are in place
Assist in email and account setup for hospital staff
Monitor network connectivity (LAN/WAN/internet) and resolve any disruptions
Support installation and configuration of new software or systems as per hospital needs
Provide first-level troubleshooting for server, switches, access points, and IT peripherals
Help manage digital infrastructure for OPD, ER, ICU, OT, Admin, etc

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, switching, routing)
Hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, remote access tools
Familiarity with hospital software systems (HMS, PACS) is a plus
Good communication skills to interact with clinical and non-clinical teams
Ability to handle on-call support and emergencies efficiently
Willingness to work in shifts if required
