IT Admin

We are seeking a technically proficient and proactive individual to join our team as an IT Support and Web Administrator. The ideal candidate will have skills and experience in networking, website management, software maintenance, domain handling, and general IT support. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end systems, server management, and domain registration and configuration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization’s computer networks, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Administer, update, and optimize company websites using relevant CMS platforms and web technologies.
• Manage domain registration, renewal, DNS settings, and hosting services.
• Collaborate with software development teams to support and deploy software tools and web applications.
• Implement IT security measures, backups, and recovery plans.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks on servers and endpoints.
• Keep up to date with new technologies and propose improvements to existing infrastructure.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in network administration (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, etc.)
• Experience with website management (WordPress, HTML/CSS, PHP or similar platforms)
• Understanding of domain handling, DNS configuration, and web hosting
• Familiarity with common software applications and IT support tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
