• Navigation libraries (React Navigation, native navigation)
• State management with Redux, Context API, or Zustand
• Component lifecycle and hooks (example - useState, useEffect, custom hooks)
• Performance optimization techniques and debugging

JavaScript/TypeScript

• Advanced ES6+ features and modern JavaScript concepts
• TypeScript for type safety and better code maintainability
• Async/await, promises, and handling asynchronous operations
• Understanding of JavaScript engine differences (Hermes, JSCore)

Mobile Development

• Native module integration for iOS (Objective-C/Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin)
• Platform-specific code and styling differences
• Mobile UI/UX patterns and responsive design principles
• Push notifications, deep linking, and app lifecycle management

Development Tools & Practices

• Version control with Git and collaborative workflows
• Testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, React Native Testing Library)
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment
• Code review processes and coding standards
• Performance monitoring tools (Flipper, Reactotron)

Backend & Integration Skills

APIs & Data Management
