Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong experience in the ION eTrading platform to join our Capital Markets consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of IONs MarketView eTrading suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, integrate, and test ION eTrading components.
• Provide L2 production support for the ION platform.
• Coordinate and implement changes, upgrades, and enhancements to ION MarketView.
• Liaise with external vendors, exchanges, ECNs, and internal infrastructure teams.
• Create documentation, user manuals, and deliver regular product demonstrations.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and support go-live activities.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Linux/Unix

  operating systems.
• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  and

  source control systems

  (e.g., Git).
• Scripting knowledge in

  Shell and Python

  is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ION components such as MarketView, RTS, Gateway, and FIX adapters is preferred.
  

Domain Knowledge:

• Good understanding of

  Capital Markets

  and the

  Investment Banking

  domain.
• Solid knowledge of the

  trade lifecycle

  and end-to-end trade flows.
• Exposure to

  electronic trading workflows

  and FIX protocols is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and client-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• Prior experience in supporting or implementing the ION MarketView platform in a banking or trading environment.
