Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for growing our investment business in your assigned area. You'll work closely with our sales teams, advise clients, and help everyone stay updated on the latest investment products and market trends.

  • Own Sales Targets:

    Be responsible for meeting the investment sales goals for your location.
  • Boost Investment Sales:

    Help our Wealth Relationship Managers and Business Development Relationship Managers sell investment products more effectively.
  • Grow Managed Funds:

    Work to increase the total amount of money clients have invested and managed by us in your location (Assets Under Management - AUM).
  • Find New Investors:

    Help existing clients also start investing in Mutual Funds and other investment products.
  • Improve Client Experience:

    Make sure clients have a great experience through both the quality of advice and the efficiency of our services.
  • Help with Investment Plans:

    Assist customers in deciding how to spread their investments across different types of assets (asset allocation).
  • Watch and Review Portfolios:

    Keep an eye on client investment portfolios and review them regularly.
  • Adjust Portfolios:

    Change portfolios when needed, either to manage risks or to take advantage of new sales opportunities.
  • Coach Sales Teams:

    Train and guide our Asset Relationship Managers and Business Development Relationship Managers on the newest investment products.
  • Share Market Updates:

    Regularly hold calls and meetings to update the sales teams on market trends and new product information.
  • Client Meetings:

    Join Relationship Managers on client calls to explain products, provide details, and help secure investments.
  • Talk to Product Providers:

    Regularly connect with companies that provide investment products (like mutual funds or PMS providers) to get updates and market feedback, and then share this information internally.
  • Grow Big Clients:

    Focus on increasing the number of large clients (those with more than 50 Lacs INR in assets).
  • Promote Key Products:

    Encourage the activation of specific products like PMS (Portfolio Management Services) and AIF (Alternative Investment Funds).
