Job Role:

Responsible for inventory management, material receiving (GRN), and maintaining accurate stock records to support smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials as per purchase orders.
Prepare GRN and update stock records in the system.
Maintain accurate inventory with proper stacking and labelling of materials.
Follow FIFO, LIFO, and other inventory control methods to ensure correct material movement.
Conduct periodic stock counts, identify discrepancies, and coordinate adjustments.
Assist in dispatches and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Logistics preferred)
1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory systems
Attention to detail with good communication skills
