Communicate with Truck Drivers: Proactively call truck drivers to assist them with GPS tracking data, ensuring they have the information they need for efficient routes and deliveries. Coordinate Operations: Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., dispatch, operations teams) and clients to ensure seamless communication and smooth logistical operations. Real-Time Issue Resolution: Efficiently handle and resolve real-time issues related to tracking, addressing any challenges drivers or clients face to minimize disruptions. Skills - 1. Excellent Hindi-speaking skills (must be fluent) 2. Strong communication and coordination abilities 3. Comfortable with making multiple calls and managing logistics data.
