Job Title: International Travel Consultant Location: Gurugram Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Independently manage all travel-related queries of employees and expats. Handle domestic and international air ticketing using Galileo GDS/CRS. Coordinate hotel bookings, including group bookings and conference arrangements. Manage car bookings (Domestic & International) via phone and GDS. Liaise with consulates and embassies for visa-related support. Handle travel insurance and forex arrangements for travelers. Communicate with airlines for seat confirmations and special requests. Research and suggest cost-effective, efficient travel routes and options. Arrange Meet and Assist services at airports for top-level executives. Ensure smooth coordination across all aspects of corporate travel operations. ✅Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and customer-handling ability. In-depth knowledge of Galileo GDS and MS Office tools. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and Sundays.Understanding of world geography, currency exchange rates, and travel norms. Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any discipline. 4–5 years of experience in an International Corporate Travel environment. IATA Certification is mandatory.
