Salary (CTC):

• Fresher – ₹21,600
• 6+ months experience in International BPO – ₹33,600
• 1+ year experience in International Sales – ₹45,000 plus incentives
• Salary is credited on the 10th of every month
• Cabs:

Both side cab within 30 km or ₹3,000 travel allowancez

Open Positions:

1. Telemarketing Executive (Lead Generation)

• Responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calling
• Transfer leads to the sales team
• Maintain and update lead records
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Preferred experience: Minimum 6 months in US calling/lead generation
• Age limit: Up to 28 years

2. Sales Consultant (Telesales Closer)

• Handle leads transferred by the Telemarketing team
• Manage the entire sales process including agreement closures
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Required experience: At least 1 year in US outbound sales
• Age limit: Up to 35 years

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with scripts and adapt conversations as needed
• Familiarity with dialers and manual calling
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Able to work night shifts and weekends as required
