Shift: Night / Rotational Shifts (based on international time zones)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets in international markets (e.g., US, UK, Australia).

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimum 1 year of international BPO sales experience preferred.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts and handle pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in telesales or outbound international calling.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, Retention and objection handling.
• Understanding of customer behavior in global markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
