Role & responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Gulf hiring process from understanding client requirements to successful onboarding.
• Source top-quality talent using Naukri Gulf, Bayt, LinkedIn, internal database, and referral networks.
• Screen candidates for technical fitment, Gulf adaptability, and cultural alignment via calls and virtual interviews.
• Stay updated with Gulf market trends, labor laws, and visa processes to ensure compliant and efficient recruitment.
• Build rapport with Gulf-based clients, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and close mandates swiftly.
• Manage candidate documentation passports, visas, medicals ensuring smooth overseas deployment.
• Maintain a proactive talent pool for bulk and niche hiring projects in the Gulf region.
• Provide regular reports, market insights, and hiring updates to internal teams and clients.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of dedicated Gulf recruitment experience (across multiple sectors).
• Proven track record of successful closures for Gulf-based roles.
• High energy, target-driven, and problem-solving attitude.
