Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities- CANDIDATES PREFERRED FROM PLASTIC RECYCLING INDUSTRIES

Plan and manage export customers requirement as per sales plan with Logistics department and plant.

Releasing shipping instruction as per buyers agreed payment terms and container planning as per customer plan and material availability with Logistics team.

Regular tracking and information flow and timely escalation in case of expected delay in customer delivery.

Plan and arrange for urgent dispatches as per customer requirement with Logistics department.

Monitor timely dispatch of material (quality, quantity delivery times) from plant.

Co-ordinate manage shipment Schedule of plant as per buyers requirement.

Necessary support to customer, sales, dispatch team and customer complaint cell

Ensure compliance of company policies Govt. export regulations (India and export country).

Knowledge of AEO certificate duty draw back preferences, HSN codes and country of origin.

Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods routing or carriers to meet timely buyers delivery parameters and costs.

Maintain, monitor and track dispatches from plant to customers destination.

Also track the inventory level both in transit and plant to avoid unnecessary pile up of stock.

Monitor and timely closure of customer complaint.

Arrange department audit from time to time.

Hands on experience in creation of export invoice and export custom clearance and documentation at origin and destination.

Business Development

  • Forecasting sales targets for the major product line of the company, i.e. Recycled Granules, preparing relevant Business report and executing them in given time frame.

Sales Coordination

  • Driving integrated sales & marketing process and identifying new market segments for attainment of targets with a view to optimise revenue
  • Tapping areas of growth & introducing new clients to the management to capitalize on such opportunities through market intelligence activities

Commercial Operations

  • Adhering to Order Compliance with varied departments like Production, Quality, Revenue, Shipping, Imports for smooth operations
  • Ensuring tracking of the payment cycle starting from the dispatch of the material from factory premises and handling realization of payments basis the different payment terms of different customers.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintaining cordial relations with major customers of Middle East, Asia, Latin America.
  • Maximising customer satisfaction level by on-time delivery, monitoring customer complaints and providing efficient services

Documentation Management

  • Independently handling complete Documentation of Export / Merchant Trade / High seas in regard to Customs, Shipping Line, Party, Bank, (Forex Department), Insurance and other legal authorities etc.
  • Arranging Co-ordination between Inter and Intra Departmental activities.
