Job Description

1. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation of Internal Audit Plan across project sites Pan India based on Risk Analysis of different project sites and business processes, including scheduling of site visits. Executing the Internal Audit Plan and carrying out the internal audit process. Finalizing the internal audit process, which includes: Understanding various business processes and their risk profile Reviewing records and supporting documents Collecting data/evidence Conducting physical verification and data collection Drawing inferences (audit findings) and suggesting improvements Preparing and presenting audit reports to management The audit will cover all financial processes, including: Purchase/Contract Stores & Inventory Cash & Bank Payments & Receipts Client Billing Recording of financial transactions and expense booking Continuously analyzing the risk profile of sites and adjusting audit coverage accordingly. Acting as a liaison between management and sites to implement process improvements based on audit findings. Assessing audit resource requirements and overseeing recruitment, training, and mentoring of the internal audit team. 2. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Level of Education: Inter CA Software Knowledge: ERP experience preferred; should be proficient with Tally 9 and MS Office Industry Experience: Candidates from site-oriented industries like Infrastructure, Mining, Road, Construction & Real Estate, or manufacturing with multiple locations and internal audit experience will only be considered. Location: Malad, Mumbai Sub-urban Candidates who are residing currently in Mumbai will be considered. Experience: 3 to 6 years post-qualification experience Other Essential Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities Ability to prepare clear, concise, and presentable reports Willingness to travel to sites (approx. 15 days/month) Effective communication and coordination with project sites
