You will support both current contract acquisition and future growth strategy . Key Responsibilities A. Tender & Contract Research Track and identify relevant government and private tenders . Analyze tender documents to check scope, technical and financial eligibility . Assist in creating reports on bid requirements, deadlines, and strategic fit . Maintain a structured database of tenders , competitor bids, and timelines. Collaborate with the technical team to assess bid feasibility and compliance. B. Diversification & New Business Research Research emerging opportunities in infrastructure-adjacent sectors aligned with Balajee Groups capabilities (e.g., Smart Cities, Renewable Energy EPC, Industrial Parks, Metro/Urban Infra, Solid Waste Management, Logistics Parks, Prefab Housing, etc.). Identify potential growth sectors , prepare comparative reports on market size, margins, and competitors. Suggest business models for entering these areas, including PPP opportunities , JV structures , or private tenders . Support internal presentations with financial models , research-backed reports, and market insights. Desired Candidate Profile Pursuing a bachelors degree (2nd year or above) in Finance, Business, Economics, Civil Engineering, or related field . Strong research, analytical and data-handling skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel , PowerPoint , and secondary research techniques. Awareness of infrastructure trends , Indian public-private policy, and macroeconomic drivers. Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and take initiative.
