Your key responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with new vendors who meet our quality benchmarks, conducting on-site visits to assess production capabilities and quality control processes, and collaborating closely with vendors to facilitate smooth production processes. You will also be responsible for monitoring samples and batches for quality assurance, providing daily reports, and addressing any production issues that may arise. To excel in this role, you should possess keen observation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective negotiation techniques. The position may require frequent travel to vendor production sites in Tirupur, Mumbai, Delhi, and other key production hubs. Candidates with a background or current pursuit of a degree in fashion, textile, apparel production, or related fields are preferred. Proficiency in both Hindi and Tamil is mandatory due to the geographic location of many vendors. This Internship opportunity has a duration of 23 months, with the potential for future employment. The job types include Fresher, Internship, and Contractual/Temporary roles, with a contract length of 3 months. The stipend for this internship is 15k per month.
