Job Opportunity: Interior Site Supervisor (Fresher)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Interior Site Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have recently graduated and are eager to kickstart their career in interior design and construction. The role involves assisting the project team in overseeing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Support in ensuring work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Help monitor project progress and prepare reports for the project team.

Collaborate with the design team to maintain design intent throughout the construction process.

Conduct site inspections and assist in quality checks under supervision.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials (training will be provided).

Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, or other design software is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Location: Mohali, Punjab (Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.)
