Key Responsibilities: 1. Enter invoices, bills, purchase orders, and other financial records into ZOHO Books. 2. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. 3. Reconcile data with physical documents and correct any inconsistencies. 4. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. 5. Assist with generating basic reports from ZOHO Books as needed. 6. Coordinate with the team internally for missing or unclear information. 7. Follow established procedures for data entry and record-keeping. Required Qualifications: 1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. 3. Familiarity with ZOHO Books or willingness to learn quickly. 4. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. 5. High attention to detail and accuracy. 6. Good communication and organizational skills. Work from Office: 10:00am - 7:00pm (Mon-Fri) Location: Brigade Signature Tower Katamnallur Gate, Old Madras Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560049 Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Zoho Book: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
