Job Description

Hi,

Greetings....!!

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Interior GFC drawings based on actual site conditions.
Develop and coordinate electrical, plumbing, and HVAC drawings in alignment with design and technical standards.
Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure technical accuracy and execution feasibility.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and assist in material estimation and specifications.
Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation to support project timelines.
Conduct site visits as required to verify dimensions and design intent.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
3 - 5 years of proven experience in AutoCAD-based GFC drawing preparation.
Strong understanding of MEP coordination (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC).
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is a plus.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
