Interior Designer, Architect

Job Description: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect or Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing both 2D drawings and 3D visualizations . Additional skills in 3Ds Max will be considered a strong plus and will be compensated with additional pay . Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop interior and architectural designs for residential and commercial projects. Create detailed 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections). Develop high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams. Stay updated with current trends, materials, and technologies in design. Prepare presentations and mood boards. Site visits and supervision as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software Knowledge of 3Ds Max is a significant advantage (with incentive pay ). Strong visualization, communication, and presentation skills.
