The candidate should also be willing to work in night shifts as part of our support team. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and ongoing administration. Monitor server performance, conduct regular system checks, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Implement and maintain application-monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and availability. Provide technical support to end-users remotely and on-site for Windows installations, laptop issues, and network problems. Assist with network configuration and troubleshooting, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues. Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery capabilities.
