Role Purpose: The primary objective of this role is to develop exceptional integration architectural solution designs and provide thought leadership to enable delivery teams to ensure outstanding client engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Integration Architecture Design: - Develop enterprise-wide integration architecture to ensure seamless, scalable, reliable, and manageable systems integration. - Provide solutioning for digital integration for new deals and major change requests in existing deals. - Analyze applications, data formats, connectivity requirements, and client specifics to create integration solution design framework. - Offer technical leadership in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using modern technology. - Evaluate and recommend products and solutions to integrate with the technology ecosystem. - Collaborate with various IT groups to ensure performance and issue resolution. - Document integration architecture covering logical, deployment, and data views comprehensively. - Identify problem areas, conduct root cause analysis, and provide relevant solutions. - Stay updated on industry integration trends to align with current and future IT needs. 2. Enable Delivery Teams: - Establish relationships with technical leaders and stakeholders to provide optimal delivery solutions. - Define integration metrics to drive results and identify risks with mitigation plans. - Ensure quality assurance of integration architecture and provide technical support to delivery teams. - Lead the development and maintenance of integration framework and related artifacts. - Build effective working relationships across product teams and ensure consistent application of integration architecture principles and standards. - Support pre-sales activities and client engagement by presenting solution designs and principles. - Demonstrate thought leadership and technical capability to act as a trusted advisor. 3. Competency Building and Branding: - Obtain necessary trainings and certifications on integration middleware. - Develop Proof of Concepts, case studies, and thought leadership content. - Contribute to market recognition through various channels. - Mentor team members for career development and enhancement. 4. Team Management: - Anticipate talent requirements, support hiring, and ensure onboarding and training for team members. - Provide performance feedback and support talent development. Performance Parameters: - Support sales team in creating wins by providing quality proposals and identifying opportunities. - Ensure successful delivery of integration solutions in projects and programs. - Support delivery with high CSAT, quality, and timelines. - Develop team capabilities through training, certifications, and thought leadership content.
