Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Instrumentation Technician with hands-on experience in Material Handling Systems such as Coal Handling Plants (CHP), Bauxite Handling Systems, and Conveyor Systems.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling field instrumentation activities related to the maintenance, calibration, installation, and troubleshooting of various instrumentation devices used in material handling operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of field instruments used in conveyors, weigh feeders, belt weighers, crusher automation, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues in PLC-based control systems and SCADA.
• Calibrate and maintain sensors, transmitters (pressure, temperature, level, flow), solenoid valves, limit switches, and encoders.
• Read and interpret electrical and instrumentation schematics and technical manuals.
• Maintain records of instrument maintenance and calibration.
• Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams during shutdowns and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and quality standards.
• Attend to breakdown calls and ensure minimum downtime of equipment.
• Report to the Instrumentation Engineer/Incharge regarding daily maintenance activities.

Salary: As per industry standards
Joining: Immediate or within 15-30 days preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
