Job Description

Job Location: Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra. Designation: Sr. Executive Department: Order Engineering Formal education: BE / Diploma - Instrumentation Professional experience: 2 to 8 years experience / exposure in project Instrumentation & all types of Electrical equipments (Instruments, Panels, Junction Box etc) planning & execution Major Responsibilities: Process Instrument (PG, TG, RTD, TT, MMS, VMS etc) requirement as per project Orders by Technical Order Documentation. Convert Customers requirements received through Indents from TSS, into documents required by Customers. Prepare & Submit project Instrument (PG, TG, RTD, TT, MMS, VMS etc) drawing & documents as required by Customer/Consultants. Closely coordinate with vendor & get the documents to fulfil the documentation requirement, Expedite document submission & approvals from Customer / Consultants & update document submission schedules regularly Review & approval of Instrument (PG, TG, RTD, TT, MMS, VMS etc) data sheets, GAD, QCP & further submission to Clients / Consultants for their approvals Review Instrument (PG, TG, RTD, TT, MMS, VMS etc) aggregate part list w.r.t. approved / final documents and drawings. Update existing documents for "As Built" corrections reported by QM / Production Create Instrument (PG, TG, RTD, TT, MMS, VMS etc) aggregate BOM to release in the system. Prepare documents like Input/Output list, instrument list, alarm & trip list, cable schedule, Instrument Data Sheet etc for client / customer submission Required initiative to be taken to standardize the Instrument based on the data analysis to reduce non-moving inventory. Cost saving projects to be initiated to reduce the Instrumentation cost. Defined competencies: Knowledge of various Standards like API, VDI, ASTM HIS, DIN, IEC etc. Knowledge of Manufacturing Process including assembly and testing of all types of instruments ((PG, TG, RTD, TT, MMS, VMS etc) Awareness in Instrumentation design Exposure to Auto CAD SAP (PP module) awareness is a must Analytical Ability Perks and Benefits: 5 Days Working Insurance Transportation Canteen
