Our products range from guest-facing apps to backend operations tools. We’re looking for a proactive fresher who can ensure the quality of our software and assist customers with real-time product support. Job Summary We are seeking a fresher for a dual role combining manual quality testing with customer support . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, ensuring software quality, and helping customers resolve issues effectively. You will test our apps to ensure reliability and also act as the first point of contact for users facing technical difficulties. Key Responsibilities Quality Analyst Responsibilities: Understand the features and workflows of Instio's web and mobile applications. Create and execute manual test cases. Identify bugs and usability issues and document them clearly. Coordinate with the development team to validate fixes and improvements. Assist in regression testing and release validations. Customer Support Responsibilities: Provide online chat, email, or call-based support to customers using Instio products. Understand customer issues and provide timely resolutions or workarounds. Reproduce user-reported bugs and document them for the QA/development team. Maintain logs of support requests and track issue status. Escalate critical issues to the right internal teams with proper context. Who You Are A recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or any regional language is a plus). A good listener and patient problem-solver with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable using web/mobile apps and quick to learn new tools. Eager to learn manual testing and grow in both QA and customer success areas. Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory) Basic understanding of software testing concepts and tools. Interest in hospitality technology or SaaS products. Role We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Executive fluent in Hindi, English, and Malayalam to join our customer experience team. You’ll be the go-to contact for our hotel clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing success, and strong adoption of the HotelOpsAI platform. Your ability to communicate effectively across languages and understand regional hospitality dynamics will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding: Guide new hotel partners through platform setup and orientation, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with hotel GMs, operations heads, and staff across different regions.
