IT Sales Internship Program Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual looking to launch your career in IT sales? Osiz Technologies is seeking enthusiastic interns to join our Business Development team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry professionals, and potentially secure a full-time position. Program Overview: This is a 3-month paid internship program designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the IT sales lifecycle. You'll gain practical experience in lead generation, client communication, market research, and sales strategy within the fast-paced technology sector. What You'll Do: Assist the Business Development team with market research and lead identification. Support in preparing sales presentations and proposals. Learn and apply effective communication strategies for client outreach. Participate in team meetings and observe client interactions. Help maintain client databases and track sales activities. Develop a foundational understanding of Osiz Technologies' IT solutions and services. What We're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A keen interest in technology and sales. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic understanding of business principles is a plus. Internship Benefits & Future Prospects: Stipend Provided: You will receive a competitive monthly stipend throughout the 3-month internship. Assured Job Opportunity: Outstanding performers who successfully complete the internship and meet our performance criteria will be offered a full-time Business Development Executive position at Osiz Technologies. Certificate of Completion: All interns who successfully complete the 3-month program will receive an Internship Completion Certificate, recognizing their valuable contribution and learning. Hands-on Experience: Gain practical, real-world experience that will jumpstart your career. Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced sales professionals. Selection Process: Upon completion of the 3-month internship, your performance will be evaluated. Based on this assessment: Selected interns will be offered a full-time role with our Business Development team. Interns not selected for a full-time role will still receive their stipend for the entire duration of the internship and a valuable internship completion certificate Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,579.04 - ₹20,812.18 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
