Position: Inside Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Ahmedabad (Makarba)

Key Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
● Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, and amenities clearly.
● Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the field sales team.
● Follow up with leads regularly and maintain client engagement through calls, emails, and
WhatsApp.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
● Support the closing of deals in coordination with the on-ground sales team.
● Meet monthly targets for qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.
● Maintain market and competitor knowledge to position offerings effectively.
Requirements:
● Minimum 6 Month –3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate or service
sector.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
● Confident and persuasive with a customer-first mindset.
● Ability to multitask and manage leads efficiently.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
● Knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
