Job Description

Affiliate Partnership Development   Research, outreach, recruit and onboard high-quality affiliate partners aligned with client audiences
• Sales & Negotiation   Pitch agency clients to new affiliates, negotiate commission structures and contract terms •
Campaign Management & Optimization   Launch and monitor affiliate campaigns; track performance metrics like CTR, CPA and ROI •
Reporting & Analysis   Deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns
• Cross-Functional Collaboration   Work with content, creative, and paid media teams to develop affiliate assets •
Compliance & Quality Control   Ensure affiliate messaging adheres to brand guidelines and standards •
Industry Intelligence   Monitor affiliate marketing trends, platforms, and best practice

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,685.49 per month
