We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead innovation and business consulting initiatives based in Manesar, Haryana. The role involves building business cases, managing ideation pipelines, and driving projects from concept to implementation. You will collaborate with global senior leaders (VPs, Directors) and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new capabilities by building strong business cases.
• Manage ideation pipeline and execute projects end-to-end.
• Conduct innovation workshops, hackathons, and brainstorming sessions.
• Engage with the global and Indian startup ecosystem for scouting solutions.
• Lead industry connects on emerging technologies like IoT, Blockchain, Web 3.0, Metaverse, and Analytics.
• Collaborate with accelerators, VCs, and corporate innovation groups.

Must Have:

• 5-10 years of business consulting experience.
• Experience working in Big 4 firms or innovation teams.
• Proven global stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management expertise with knowledge of emerging technologies.

Preferred:

• Experience in M&A and corporate venture capital (CVC).
• Exposure to manufacturing sector and innovation roadmaps.

Manesar is a rapidly developing industrial town in Gurugram district, Haryana, part of the National Capital Region (NCR). It is well connected by road and air (32 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport) and hosts numerous multinational corporations and industrial activities.
